Try our Frozen blueberry bowl for you and your mini! Full of antioxidants and goodness. Baby led weaning doesn't need to be boring or hard. This is a easy smoothie bowl recipe anyone can make.
Ingredients
- Blender
- Frozen blueberries
- Frozen banana
- Choice of milk or coconut water
- Chai Seeds
- Seasonal fruit for toppings
- Shredded Coconut
- Coconut yoghurt
Directions
- Prepare Toppings and cut fruits to age requirements.
- Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbps Coconut yoghurt, 1tbps of chai seeds and around 15ml / a splash of milk or water of choice.
- Blend and add more liquid if required.
- Once blended and it looks thick / creamy dived into two bowls.
- Add the fruit on top and top with shredded coconut.
* Tip - its better to start with less liquid as too much will make it watery and not frozen. With any leftovers simply place it back in the freezer and enjoy later.
