You Will Need
Oats 1/3 cup
Greens smoothie 1TSP
Green Spirulina powder 1TSP
Frozen mango 1 cup
Banana 2 Bananas
Chai Seeds 1 TBPS
Milk of choice
Honey 1 TBPS
Directions
- Add all ingredients in blender.
- Add Milk of choice. (The less you do the thicker it will be)
- Blend and serve
