This juice recipe is my go to refreshing healthy juice. It has the perfect blend of pear, apple and pineapple. Boost your wellness with this
incredible juice.
You will need
3 pears
3 apples
1-2 small pineapples or one large pineapple.
Directions
1. Cut apples & pears into small pieces. Discard the core.
2. Cut the pineapple up into small pieces and discard the skin as it cannot be put through juicers.
3. Once everything is cut up, begin juicing.
4. I like to mix up the order of the fruits to help blend it all together.
5. Once you have finished juicing i personally like to strain my juice before putting in my jar/bottle.
6. Fresh juice is best consumed within 1-3 day.
7. Serve and enjoy!
