My go to overnight oats recipe. This is great for meal prepping for busy mornings.
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
Around 1/3 cup milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 -1 cup berries
1 Tablespoons nut butter
Sprinkle of Chia seeds
Directions
- Put oats in your bowl with protein powder and mix.
- Add in milk, to liking
- Sprinkling chia seeds on top and add berries
- Add fruit your berries
- Enjoy!
- Make and leave overnight or have now
