My go to overnight oats recipe. This is great for meal prepping for busy mornings.

 

Ingredients

1/3 cup oats

Around 1/3 cup milk of choice

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 -1 cup berries

1 Tablespoons nut butter

Sprinkle of Chia seeds


Directions

  1. Put oats in your bowl with protein powder and mix.
  2. Add in milk, to liking
  3. Sprinkling chia seeds on top and add berries
  4. Add fruit your berries
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Make and leave overnight or have now
