This recipe is a good one for fussy eaters! If your on a mission to give your toddler meals with veggies try this. The trick is to cut all the veggies up small so they are hidden. This recipe is great for everyone and taste delish. Recipe to serve 3-4. Freeze your leftovers in your ice cube tray.
Ingredients
1 Zucchini shredded
1 Cup Broccoli diced finely
1 Cup Bacon diced
1.5 Cup Pasta
Pesto sauce
Italian herbs
1 TBSP Philadelphia cheese
Directions
1. Finely dice and shred veggies and bacon.
2. Cook bacon for a few minutes and add a sprinkle of Italian herbs over.
3. Boil water and add pasta and broccoli to water and cook.
4. Add zucchini to the bacon and cook for a few minutes.
5. Strain the pasta and broccoli.
6. Add the Philadelphia cheese with the bacon mix, stir.
7. Add in the pasta and broccoli & stir.
Tip : Add some pasta water in also, otherwise water if fine.
8. Serve and enjoy
Add cheese and pepper & salt to taste
Freeze leftovers in your ice cube trays or. store in our bowls.
