Pear & Cinnamon Chia Icy Pops
These are perfect for teething babies! These ingredients are also great for your digestive system if your baby is having trouble we live by giving our son pears and chia seeds.
Ingredients
6-7 fresh Pears
2-3 tbps of Chia seeds
1tps of spoon Cinnamon
Directions
- Wash and boil pears for 8-10min (until soft)
- Add your chia seeds into water and mix. You want to leave them in water until they absorb! (Activate)
- Once the pear is soft, allow them to cool then blend with your chia seeds in water.
- Add your cinnamon in and keep blending.
- Once blended - divide the mixture up in your ice cube tray and add your paddle sticks in!
- Place your tray in the freezer to let it set.
- Enjoy!
